TrendYourMusic provides music promotion services designed to help artists increase their visibility on Instagram and other social media platforms through real content reposting and strategic promotion. Our services include trending promotion, Top 50 chart placement, and multi-platform marketing campaigns.

• • Provide accurate and complete information about your music and target audience
• • Ensure you have rights to the music being promoted
• • Maintain active social media accounts during the campaign
• • Provide necessary access to streaming platform links
• • Respond to communication requests within 48 hours

4. Service Delivery

Campaigns typically begin within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. Trending results are expected within 7-15 days for the Trending Arrow Plan and 7-12 days for the Top 50 Chart Plan. Actual results may vary based on music genre, current engagement levels, and market conditions.

• • All payments are due upfront before service commencement
• • Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice
• • No refunds for completed campaigns or services already delivered
• • Additional fees may apply for rush orders or custom requirements

6. Intellectual Property

Clients retain full ownership of their music and content. TrendYourMusic is granted limited license to use provided content solely for promotion purposes. We do not claim ownership of any client content.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, campaign strategies, and business relationships. Client data is never shared with third parties without explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

TrendYourMusic's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for changes in social media algorithms, platform policies, or external factors affecting campaign performance.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Refunds for unused services will be provided according to our refund policy. Completed work is non-refundable.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Los Angeles, CA.
